    Work is now complete.

    Phase 2

    Hannibal High School

    • Continued addressing final punchlist items.

    • K&K is working on signage replacement.

    • Continued contractor demobilization from the site.

    • Continued with contractor closeout process

    HS Site & Existing Bus Garage

    • Work is complete

    Kenney Middle School

    • Continued addressing punchlist items.

    • Completed public address system upgrades

    • Completed balancing, awaiting colder weather to finish commissioning of new systems.

    Fairley Elementary School

    • Continued addressing punchlist items.

    Phase 3

    Work is getting underway. The project includes renovations to the FES Music Room, Nurse's Office, and Cafeteria/Kitchen; renovations to the DMK Art Room, Cafeteria Floor, Nurse's Office; and the creation of a walking path from DMK to FES to the track.

    Continue as-builts, O&M manuals, training, attic stock turn over, and closeout process

    • Walkways: From July 8 – August 16 (does not include topsoil/seed to grow)

    DMK Work

    • Nurse’s Office Renovation: Fall 2024 (September 1 – March 30)
    • DMK Art Room Renovation: Fall 2024 (September 1 – March 30)
    • Cafeteria Flooring: Fall/Winter 2024/2025    

    FES

    • Nurse’s Office Renovation: Fall 2024 (September 1 – March 30)
    • FES Music Room Renovation: Fall 2024 (September 1 – March 30)
    • Kitchen: Spring: 2025 (April 14-August 14)
