Hundreds attend HCSD’s annual Healthy Family Night

The Hannibal Central School District recently welcomed hundreds of students and family members to Fairley Elementary School for its annual Healthy Family Night, an evening focused on wellness, community connection, and family support.
More than 20 community organizations, agencies, and local businesses participated in the event, providing families with valuable information and resources related to health, wellness, education, and community services. Families also enjoyed raffle giveaways throughout the evening and had the opportunity to shop at the on-site Scholastic Book Fair.
A highlight of the event was the opportunity for families to tour the district’s brand-new Warrior Wellness Center, a partnership between HCSD and ConnextCare designed to support student and family wellness needs, from physical and dental health to mental health.
“Healthy Family Night continues to be such a meaningful event because it brings together our schools, families, and community partners in one place,” said event organizers Brittany Meier and Maggie Olon. “We are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make the evening a success and to the many organizations that shared resources and support with our families.”
