Healthy Family Night set for May 21

Preparations are underway for the Hannibal Central School District’s annual Healthy Family Night, set for 5-7 p.m. May 21, at Fairley Elementary School.
This free, family-friendly event is designed to promote wellness, connection, and access to valuable community resources. Attendees will have the opportunity to check out the new School-Based Health Center — the Warrior Wellness Center — in partnership with ConnextCare, which will soon be offering primary care, mental health, and dental services to support the overall health and well-being of students.
In addition to touring the Warrior Wellness Center, attendees can explore a variety of booths featuring representatives from local agencies and organizations, offering information and support on topics that benefit children and families. The following organizations will be on hand: American Red Cross, Boy Scouts, Child Advocacy Center, Camp Hollis, Fulton YMCA, Catholic Charities, Cayuga Community College, Farnham Family Services, Hannibal Library, Home & School, Integrative Counseling, OPWDD, Oswego County Sheriff – Operation Safe Child, and “Look at Me I’m Three.”
The evening will include a Scholastic Book Fair, along with other activities, including games and raffle prize giveaways. Prizes include a Camp Hollis Scholarship, Wegmans gift baskets, Stewart’s Shops gift cards, bikes, scooters, a summer fun basket and more.
