Hannibal students perform musical: ‘Disney’s Alice in Wonderland Jr.’

Hannibal High School recently brought the magic of Wonderland to life with its spring musical production of Disney’s Alice in Wonderland Jr. The performance, which took place March 28-29, featured colorful costumes, lively choreography, and a cast of talented student performers who captivated audiences.

Based on the beloved Disney animated film, “Alice in Wonderland Jr.” follows the curious journey of Alice as she tumbles down the rabbit hole and encounters whimsical characters like the Mad Hatter, Queen of Hearts, Cheshire Cat, and more.

“Our students worked incredibly hard to bring this show to life, and it was amazing to see their creativity and dedication shine on stage,” said Dr. Denise Ellis, director of the production and music teacher at Hannibal High School. “This show gave our students the opportunity to grow not only as performers but also as collaborators and storytellers.”
