HS Families Invited to Pig Roast

The Hannibal High School Family Engagement Committee will sponsor a pig roast and other activities beginning at 5 p.m. May 17.

As part of a family engagement initiative, the committee is offering a free meal ticket to students and parents who update their contact information and create a SchoolTool login. In addition to the food, other activities include a college fair, robotics demonstrations and basket raffle.

Several local agencies and organizations will also be on hand to offer information about their services. Military representatives, the volunteer fire department, Oswego County Opportunities and New York State Police will have tables set up to provide information to attendees.

Additionally, school district personnel will be available to offer SchoolTool training and information about post-secondary education.
