Home and School, INC.

Together We Are Making A Difference

To contact us, please scroll to the bottom of the page for our information!

Hannibal Home and School, INC.  is the parent teacher volunteer group  of the Hannibal Central School District. Home & School is made up of parents, teachers, administrators, school staff and community members who recognize that children require support inside and outside the classroom to be successful.

Why are we called "Home & School"?     Learn more about this here -

Hannibal Home & School meets the 1st Tuesday of each month, at 6:30 pm at Fairley Elementary School in room 30.    Enter the building through the Pre-K doors, to the right side of the main entrance of the school.  Meetings are open to administrators, staff, parents, guardians and community members of HCSD.  Meetings generally last less than an hour.  You are free to come late or leave early!

**Please note**  This page will be updated as events take place, so please check regularly!

ATTENTION TEACHERS!!!!  We need YOU and your ideas!!    Please attend our monthly meetings (scroll down!) to find out how we can support you.  Without more involvement from the school, our group is at risk of disbanding.  We have a great group of parents who want to help, but without your support of the teachers, we don't feel that there's much of a need for us.  Please come get involved with our group so that we can help you and the ideas that you have for enriching our children's experiences at school!

Anytime you shop through, click on the link to help our school!
Go to Amazon Smile supports Hannibal Home and School to have a portion of your purchase donated to our group!

Looking forward to seeing you at our first meeting for the 2018-2019 school year on Tuesday September 11th.

Your kids are welcome to attend meetings if you feel comfortable bringing them.  We are all parents and understand that kids are a part of the package!
We have a room right next to the meeting room where they can play (feel free to bring things to keep them entertained), read or work on homework

Kindergarten Ice Cream Social
August 28th at 2pm
Invitations will go home to Kindergarteners over the summer.  This event is for Kindergarteners and their parent(s) to help to alleviate any first day of school jitters by getting an introduction to the school, locating their classroom, meeting their teacher and some of their classmates. Siblings are welcome to attend, but please keep the focus on your Kindergarten student.  We request that you don't invite extended family members to this event (there will be opportunities for them!) as it can be a bit overwhelming!  Once you have your teacher assignment, please RSVP so that we can make sure to have enough ice cream! We will also have a representative available from Girl Scouts.  The event starts promptly at 2 and only lasts about 30-45 minutes.
