Hannibal Home and School, INC. is the parent teacher volunteer group of the Hannibal Central School District. Home & School is made up of parents, teachers, administrators, school staff and community members who recognize that children require support inside and outside the classroom to be successful.

Hannibal Home & School meets the 1st Tuesday of each month, at 6:30 pm at Fairley Elementary School in room 30. (Scroll down for meeting dates, or check the school calendar.) Enter the building through the Pre-K doors, to the right side of the main entrance of the school. Meetings are open to administrators, staff, parents, guardians and community members of HCSD. Meetings generally last less than an hour. You are free to come late or leave early! If school is cancelled or dismissed early, the meeting will be cancelled.

Click on submit to create your account for Escrip & check your email for more information on how to use the service! Please note, you must re-sign up every year. Last year, we over $200. Let's see if we can double it this year!

**FAIRLEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL is participating in Price Chopper´s Tools for Schools program. Each time an enrolled supporter shops at Price Chopper and scans their AdvantEdge card, our school earns credit towards free educational equipment and supplies. Also, each time you purchase Price Chopper and Central Market Classic brand items our school will earn DOUBLE POINTS. If you have not done so yet, please enroll your AdvantEdge Card for our school by visiting your local Price Chopper´s Customer Services desk or going to www.pricechopper.com. Our school code is: 16558.
**Make sure to save your Box Tops & Labels for Education and send them with your child to school! All Box Tops are given to DMK to help fund the incentive programs that they have there. We start collecting at Fairley to encourage participation for many years to come. There are also collection boxes around town. If you have some that you want to donate and don't know how to get them to the school, please contact us directly!
Attention teachers- if you have a bill that needs to get paid, please forward it to firstname.lastname@example.org or the mailbox at the high school and send an email to let us know it's there so we can pay the bill. If you need money for a field trip, event or any other reason, please bring a voucher request (email us if you need a copy, or you can get it off of this page) to our next meeting. Please send an email copy to us so we can add you to the agenda at least 2 weeks prior to our meeting date.
We want to support your ideas that you have to enrich our children's education. Please bring your ideas to our meeting so we can help you with them!!! We need your support - after all, you're the SCHOOL portion of Home & School. Please join us at our monthly meetings!! Thank you!
Effective immediately - kindly forward a copy of your voucher request so that we can add it to our agenda at least 2 weeks before the meeting. If you're unable to attend a meeting (it's preferred if you're there!) please make sure that any voucher request is sent to our mailbox at the high school or email it to us at email@example.com no later than the Friday prior to our meeting. Our mailbox is not checked on a daily basis. If the requests are not received on time, we will not be able to vote on it until the following meeting. Please make sure to plan ahead so that you're able to get the funds that you are requesting! We will not approve requests received after our meeting if they are needed prior to the next meeting. We would like to receive requests more than a month prior to when you're asking for them.
